Our fundraisers have many different options when it comes to products.

Some fundraisers that run on our platform offer participant delivered products. For example, frozen cookie dough. For these products, the orders get placed AFTER the fundraiser concludes. The full order gets sent to the manufacturer, they ship the orders in bulk to the group, and then the kids pick up the orders for their supporters and then it's their responsibility to deliver to their customers.

Other fundraisers offer ship to home products. Those products will be shipped directly to the address you listed upon checkout. These products typically should be received within 2-3 weeks from when you place your order. The time frames vary by manufacturer.

How do you know the type of delivery for your product? It should be listed in the checkout as well as on your email confirmation.
