Sometimes there is an issue with the new image picker that Android 13 rolled out (both for our and other’s apps) on certain devices.
Please refer below to ensure you are doing the correct steps.
Go to the following screen with three buttons in the top right corner.
Go “Browse” and selecting a photo from that screen.
