App freezes or won't load

We do apologize if you ever experience issues with your app.

As you know, technology is always changing and MoneyDolly as a company and constantly making improvements to our app and adding cool new features!

If you ever encounter an issue with your app not loading or freezing, it most likely is because their is a new version of the app! Go to your app store and check for that update! You can also, just delete and reinstall the app and that will ensure you have the most up to date version available. Don't worry, all your data is stored and you won't lose anything if you delete and reinstall.
