Most of the time in these situations, they entered a different phone number on the checkout then the one they set up their MoneyDolly account with. It’s a very simple fix though!

You can direct the customer to reach out directly to our HelpDesk by emailing support@moneydolly.com OR clicking on the widget on our website OR clicking Help&Support in their app

We need the following information:

Name

Email

Order Number

Correct Phone Number
