What to do if you see an error message when creating your MoneyDolly Account

If you see this error message when creating your account it means that your email address is already in use. Please see if another family member has already created an account using that same email address.

OR if you purchased a Digital Discount Card - the email address and phone number listed during checkout are already associated with that card. You will need to create your account with that same combination. If you prefer to have the card linked to a different combination of email and phone, please email our support team to get this updated for you! Support@moneydolly.com
