Every card is unique and created specifically for each fundraiser by local reps that work directly with the group and local merchants.

Most of the times, in these situations, it is a miscommunication among the staff at that location. It’s possible that the staff you talked with were unaware of the new version of this digital offer and how to accept it in their system.

Please contact support@moneydolly.com if you have this issue and we can get in touch with the rep that worked with that fundraiser as they are the ones that contract with the merchants and create the individual offers. We will have them speak to the manager at that location to inquire further and see what can be done to rectify the situation moving forward.
