For ‘participant delivered products’ please note that in some cases MoneyDolly is used as a tool to execute fundraisers. Our technology allows groups to use any product for their fundraiser. Therefore, for products that are not a part of MoneyDolly’s Partners, we are not involved in the delivery process. We do encourage you to reach out to the participant or the group directly to inquire about delivery times.
Typically, these types of products take about 2-3 weeks to arrive after the fundraiser has concluded. For ‘participant delivered products’, the product is shipped in bulk to the school or group and passed out to the participants. From there, they will be responsible for hand delivering to their customers.
For Home Delivered products, these orders are shipped directly to the address you provided within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the fundraiser.
How do I know if the product I purchased is home shipped or participant shipped? It should be noted in the fundraiser link where you made your purchase. However, you can also reach out to the participant you purchased from as they should be aware of how the product will be delivered.
