What to do if the recipient didn’t get the text message

If the card has been moved to the Transfer section of your wallet then the transfer was successful. On rare occasions, text messages may be blocked by certain phone carrier’s spam filters. If the person did not receive the text message, they CAN still claim the card.

Have them go to their app store and download the MoneyDolly app.

Once they follow the prompts and get to the home screen. Have them click on the wallet icon and the card will be there!
