Admins and Leaders can both toggle between the regular participant view and the leader view using the same 'secret admin'

If they join the fundraiser as a leader - when they first tap on the toggle - they'll see this message

And they just choose - Yes I want to participate

And they'll get onboarded as participant and can choose either youth or parent still
