For physical prizes - you will have 10 days from the end of the fundraiser to redeem your coins and claim your prizes. These prizes need to be ordered and shipped to school - that is the reason for the 10 day time frame.

For digital prizes - you will have 30 days from the end of the fundraiser to redeem your coins and claim your prizes. These will be emailed to the email associated with your MoneyDolly Account

After the fundraiser ends - you will see a count down when you go to enter to the prize shop - it will look like this

**If you've already redeemed your coins and still haven't received the email, it's possible there might be a delay or an issue with the email delivery. To help resolve this, could you please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder

  2. Verify the email address associated with your account

  3. Confirm how long it's been since you redeemed your coins
