Thank you for purchasing and supporting a local fundraiser. Many of the products are shipped directly to the consumer. We partner with several different suppliers to offer supporters a wide range of choices. If you purchased a 'ship to home' product and the item arrived damaged or there was an issue with your order. Please let us know right away by providing your name, email and/or order number as well as the issue with the order. Providing pictures of any damaged items will help us greatly. We will do everything we can to remedy all issues as quickly as possible.
If the item was a 'student delivered' product and there was an issue with the product, we do encourage you to reach out to the student first and see if the group leader can help remedy the issue for you. If you are not able to reach the student, please provide us with the details and we'll see what we can do to help.
